Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your order after placement, the following cancellation fees will apply based on the time elapsed since the order was placed:

Within 1st Month   :    18% of the order total
Within 2nd Month :    28% of the order total
Within 3rd Month  :    50% of the order total
Within 4th Month  :    65% of the order total
Within 5th Month  :    80% of the order total
Within 6th Month  :  100% of the order total

Storage Charges:

After the contractually agreed delivery completion date, you will have a grace period of 2 weeks for any changes. Following this period, storage charges will apply as follows:

First 4 Weeks        :    1% of the order total per week
Beyond 4 Weeks : 1.5% of the order total per week
