We provide expert product selection, competitive pricing, technical consultation, and PAN India delivery. Whether you require a single meter or bulk quantities for a large-scale project, our technical team assists in selecting the most suitable model based on gas type, flow rate, operating pressure, pipe size, and application requirements.
The Honeywell RABO Compact Series is available in Compact Thread (CT) and Compact Flange (CF) versions, allowing easy integration into different gas pipeline configurations. Its compact design reduces installation space while maintaining high measurement accuracy across varying flow conditions.
The Honeywell RABO Rotary Gas Meter is engineered for applications where measurement accuracy, reliability, and long service life are essential. Unlike many conventional gas meters, the RABO series provides highly accurate gas measurement across a wide measuring range while maintaining stable performance under fluctuating flow conditions.
Its compact design allows installation in space-constrained gas systems without compromising measurement performance. With meter sizes ranging from G10 to G40, flow capacities from 0.25 to 65 m³/h, and support for both threaded and flanged connections, the Honeywell RABO series offers a flexible solution for industrial, commercial, and utility gas distribution systems.
The meter is also approved for custody transfer applications and supports integration with electronic volume conversion devices, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable gas consumption monitoring and accurate billing.
The Honeywell RABO Rotary Gas Meter operates on the positive displacement principle. Inside the meter, two precision-engineered rotary impellers shaped like a figure-eight rotate synchronously without making physical contact. As gas enters the meter, these impellers trap a fixed volume of gas and transfer it from the inlet to the outlet during each rotation.
Every complete rotation corresponds to a precisely defined gas volume. The rotational movement is transmitted through synchronizing gears, a reducing gear, and a magnetic coupling to the mechanical index, which accurately records the total gas volume passing through the meter.
Because the measuring process is based on positive displacement rather than flow velocity, the Honeywell RABO series maintains high measurement accuracy even during low, fluctuating, or irregular gas flow conditions. This operating principle also makes the meter suitable for compact gas metering systems without requiring a long inlet pipe section.
The Honeywell RABO Rotary Gas Meter is available with S1V and S2 mechanical index options featuring an 8-digit mechanical display, IP67 protection, and a rotatable index for improved readability in various installation positions.
For remote monitoring and data acquisition, the RABO series supports optional pulse generation modules including IN-S1x, IN-W11 Wiegand Sensor, LF Pulser E1, and PCM monitoring contact, enabling easy integration with electronic volume conversion devices, telemetry systems, and industrial gas monitoring applications.
Selecting the correct Honeywell RABO Rotary Gas Meter depends on several important factors, including gas type, required flow capacity, operating pressure, pipe connection size, installation configuration, and application requirements.
